Summoned For Apology Of Terrorism, Rima Hassan Denounces A Complaint Close To The Israeli Regime

The LFI candidate for the European elections denounced this Saturday on RMC her summons on April 30 for “apology of terrorism”. Rima Hassan claimed that this followed a “complaint from people who are behind the Israeli regime and perhaps supported by political parties in France”.
Rima Hassan, LFI candidate for the European elections, is summoned by the police “for advocating terrorism”, she and her lawyer announced on Friday. This summons follows, according to her, a “filing of complaints from people who are behind the Israeli regime”, she said this Saturday in Matinale Week-end, on RMC.

“WHAT’S DISTURBING IS WHAT I AM,” RIMA HASSAN SAYS
“There was no self-referral from the prosecutor, that is important to say,” she also added. “I am targeted as a political figure in the name of the fight that I carry […] What is disturbing is what I am”, according to her.

Rima Hassan wanted to confirm that she was “at the disposal of the police”. “We have nothing to reproach ourselves for.” The facts with which he is accused took place between November 5 and December 1.

“THERE ARE PEOPLE IN FRANCE WHO OPPOSE THE SPEECH I HAVE ON GAZA”
According to Rima Hassan, this complaint may also come from part of the French political class. “There are people in France, in political parties, who oppose the speech I have on Gaza,” she declared. “There are differences on the Israeli-Palestinian question. We refer to international law,” she insisted. “These are people who are perhaps supported by political parties in France,” she said.

The European candidate once again denounced the attacks she suffered, in particular threats of “death and rape”. “My number and address were disclosed,” she recalled, “even before I ran for office.”

“There has been a political transfer which is taking on a very worrying scale, for our freedoms,” Rima Hassan also said.
